I've always wanted to try something new. What if I'm not good enough?

I have SO much on my plate. I don't even know where or how to start.

We all have changes we want to make in our lives but more often than we'd like to admit, we inadvertently put the most important items--our self-care and personal growth at the bottom of that list. Sometimes we find ourselves not being able to change habits or accomplish long-held goals because it feels too big or lofty to achieve. It's time to rediscover who you are, what you love, and what you most need in your life right now, while learning to be a little bolder.

If that resonates with you, apply for Make One New Thing Happen ( M.O.N.T.H.) a 3 month group coaching program beginning in January 2023.
